| Go out this Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 9:30 am-1:00 pm to celebrate Mardi-Gras and Cajun Cuisine in Manitou Springs! There will be samples of gumbo from amateur cooks and professional cooks to determine who cooks the best gumbo. Samples will be available for 50 cents each. Judging and tasting begins at 10:45 am.
