The selfie museum just opened up!

Selfies… are you for them or annoyed by them? While I know some people who go way overboard with pictures of themselves, I also wish I felt more confident in my selfie-taking ability. Do you know the feeling? Whether you are a novice or a selfie expert, the brand-new Denver Selfie Museum promises to take your Instagram account to a whole new level:

Opened on Labor Day 2019 is the one-of-a-kind Denver Selfie Museum, which takes “selfies to an entirely new level of awesomeness.”
Located along Market Street in Downtown Denver, the Denver Selfie Museum is the first of its kind in the country, with other locations in New York City and Seattle slated to open soon.
How does the Selfie Museum work? The exhibition is comprised of more than 30 colorful murals and backdrops, all of which are created by local artists who want you to get up close and personal with their work.
As stated by the Denver Selfie Museum, “Most Denver art museums tell you not to touch the exhibits or take pictures,” whereas Selfie encourages you to touch, photograph, and get creative with each work of art.
Whether you opt for a picture in this trippy dark room…
…giant ball pit…
…or this Crayola-inspired wonderland, you are sure to have the best photos on social media!
Admission to the Denver Selfie Museum begins at $25 for adults and $20 for children 5 to 12 (with ages 0 to 4 free).
The Denver Selfie Museum is open Monday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
